    • Grade 12.
    • 3 – 5 years relevant experience.

  • Monitoring of changes in laws, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices, drafting and

  • Use the Import results together with the Snapshot qualifications to compare the Red cell report every 15 days.
  • Compare the Red cell report to Oracle
  • Compare Oracle Core, Sales and FSB Rep report monthly, supply a monthly report to management
  • Check Exceptions reports to see whether necessary actions were taken, supply a monthly report to management
  • Analysing onboarding MIE checks on FAIS impacted staff
  • Analysing annual FAIS MIE Checks
  • Oversee and track the completion of CPD hours, PST and COB
  • Oversee and track supervision of reps
  • Assist with ad hoc queries from Group
  • Compiling of evidence for FAIS Audits and FSCA Visits
  • Check ID numbers and names and surnames match on the REDS checks done every 6 months
  • Keep the Oracle Core FAIS register current in a timely manner. Involves adding/removing/linking/updating details of reps
  • Obtain and track bi-weekly feedback from the CCMs and TLS pertaining to the myFAIS reports and supply feedback in meetings
